This offer is based in Chamonix Mont Blanc
with access to a choice of resorts and
skiing ability of all levels. The village of
Chamonix has a huge choice of excellent
restaurants including Michelin starred so
eating is bound to be an added pleasure. The
Grand Hotel des Alpes is a 10 minute walk to
the Brévent-Flégère resort (the nearest) or
2 minutes on foot from the bus stop. The bus
takes 10 minutes to go the the Brévent and
turn around every 20 minutes. Choose between
the Brévent or Mont Blanc rooms, named after
their spectacular mountain views, each
equipped with shower or bath, TV, DVD
player, minibar and safe. Or the fabulous
Honeymoon Suite with wooden beams. There is
a good size indoor pool with wave machine as
well as a jacuzzi and sauna in the hotel’s
Wellness Centre. The hotel also has a bar
(no restaurant), a private garage and a ski
room. Chambery Airport and Geneva Airport
are just a one-hour drive away in good
driving conditions. Daily buses and trains
operate from Geneva to the resort.
